Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking with SKAR Transport Cairo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
By booking a transfer with SKAR Transport Cairo, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service provides private vehicle transfers between airports, hotels, and other locations in Egypt. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
Bookings can be made through our website or mobile app. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your booking reference number. Please verify all details in your confirmation and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
All prices are displayed in USD and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of booking via credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods. The price quoted at booking is the final price - there are no hidden fees. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time beyond the included free period, or child seats if requested.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
You may modify your booking (date, time, pickup/dropoff location) up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, subject to availability and potential price adjustments. Modifications within 24 hours of pickup are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
For airport pickups, 60 minutes of free waiting time is included from the actual flight landing time. For non-airport pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may be charged at the rate displayed during booking.
We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their pickup time. There is no additional charge for flight delays. Please ensure you provide accurate flight information when booking.
Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Valid identification may be required. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents. Smoking, eating, and drinking (except water) are prohibited in our vehicles.
Standard bookings include luggage allowance as specified for each vehicle type. Excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost. We are not liable for any damage to luggage unless caused by driver negligence. Special items (sports equipment, musical instruments) should be declared at booking.
Child seats are available upon request during booking. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are properly secured. It is illegal to transport children without appropriate safety restraints, and we reserve the right to refuse service if child safety requirements are not met.
Our drivers are professionally trained and background-checked. They will assist with luggage and provide a comfortable journey. Drivers may refuse service to passengers who are abusive, intoxicated, or pose a safety risk. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
SKAR Transport Cairo is liable for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. We carry appropriate insurance for passenger transportation. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the booking value.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used to provide our services and communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us within 7 days of your transfer. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 48 hours. Contact us at info@skartransportcairo.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
